We specialize in the application of the lean methodology to clinical operations. Lean is an effective way to maximize the value and minimize the waste of a production process. Originally developed for the motor vehicle industry, it is now applied to the biomedical industry to improve patient outcomes and business profitability. We have a wide experience in the execution of health projects throughout the Americas, both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
